Logic Voice Wire Maintenance Plan can help you manage and budget your telecom maintenance costs for inside wiring and field technician service calls. The Plan is a convenient, inexpensive way to get peace of mind, reduce downtime and ensure prompt service and repairs.

The Plan offers diagnosis by trained Logic Voice technicians of inside wiring problems and necessary repairs. All Logic Voice eligible lines at the customer service location must have the Plan to take advantage of the benefits of the Plan, which is billed a per-line rate.

The Plan covers many Logic Voice services, including Business Lines, Centrex Lines, PRI, Integrated Access business lines (IP Flex) and analog trunks.

Without the Plan, inside wiring problems may be your responsibility – even if your business is operating in leased premises. Logic Voice encourages you to contact your landlord or property manager to determine their responsibility, if any, before subscribing to the Logic Voice Wire Maintenance Plan.

Logic Voice Wire Maintenance Plan does not cover: 

  • Data circuits, Digital PBX trunks or ISDN
  • Repair or replacement of a customer’s telephone equipment and other devices
  • Certain service station wiring
  • Riser cables, house cables or cables between buildings
  • Pre-existing problems
  • Non-standard wiring or malfunctions resulting from improper use of lines or equipment
  • Restoration of premises after repair concealed wire
  • Installation of new telecommunications equipment, wiring, jacks or conduits
  • Repair of damages due to negligence, intentional misuse or abuse
